Westward Ho! is only 3 miles away where sandy beaches, coastal walks and a wide range of places to eat await. Bideford (3.5 miles) is also nearby, offering a great choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby attractions include The Big Sheep and Tapeley Park, The Milky Way Adventure Park, Rosemoor Gardens, and Dartington Crystal (all within 15 miles).

From here move into the lounge/diner, the social heart of the home. When stomachs begin to rumble, lay up the cute dining table that sits beneath the window and move through to the well-appointed, galley-style kitchen. Find all the equipment needed, and plenty of natural light, to make meal prep a breeze here. Completing the ground floor is a well-equipped family shower room with a walk-in shower. At the end of each day away, head up the cottage-style stairs to the first floor where two peaceful bedrooms await. Served by a chic WC, these rooms include a master double and a cosy single.
