Coco Beach is a well presented and spacious modern beach villa with its own private hot tub for 5. Located on a small exclusive development between the surfing resort of Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park with easy access from the development to Northam Burrows and the Royal North Devon Golf Club. A spacious open plan living area with bi-fold doors opening to a balcony is on the first floor offering sea views from the kitchen area. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor two with ensuite facilities and with a family bathroom to serve the third bedroom. The fully enclosed patio garden at the rear offers a hot tub and outdoor tap/outdoor shower.
