Quiet location, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, good location handy for North Cornwall and Bude. Hot tub included and hot on arrival - kids absolutely loved, especially after a cold winter day on the beach. Very friendly hosts. Washer and dryer was a god send after rainy days. House was always warm, the bathroom has a heated floor which was lovely. Garden for the kids to use is a thoughtful addition, they could easily have said it was out of bounds for guests.
