The lodge was lovely and the area was so peaceful. The bed was so comfortable and it had everything we needed. It would have been helpful to have a mop and bucket. It just felt like it was cleaned.

Best sleep had in a while, bed comfy. Heating was efficient and hot water/shower was very good. No welcome pack as per other cottages/lodges. Nice and quiet. Random dog roaming free pooing and diarrhoea on grass around lodge. It did have a collar and rules are dogs on leads! Entry through the patio door needed cleaning. The threshold was covered in black dog hair. No seal to the side door.

A bit out in the sticks a lot of driving to get to Devon’s main attractions but the lodge was lovely.
