From your enclosed private garden (tables/chairs) a gate leads to the park, allowing you full use (children under supervision) of the facilities with games room (table tennis, table football), tennis court, children’s play area and river fly fishing (NRA licence and park permit required).
Inside, large fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, gas hob/electric oven). Dining room with woodburner and views to the park. Comfortable living room with woodburner, TV/DVD and quiet snug area with double doors to the garden. Loo (washbasin). Steep stairs up to half-landing with steep steps (handrail) from one side up to a double bedroom (5’ bed) with TV/DVD and en suite shower-room (suite); from the other side, more steep steps (handrail) up to another double bedroom (5’ bed) with TV/DVD and bathroom (suite with separate shower, sloping ceiling). Under the eaves, a twin bedroom with sloping ceilings. No children under 2. A convenient place from which to explore Dartmoor or further afield.
