A purpose built ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in Sandringham Court, with lovely views across the town, Purbeck hills and sea glimpses. Ballard Down View is in a great location, just 10 minutes' walk to Swanage town centre and its famous sandy beaches and for the more adventurous the nature reserve and coastal paths are a short walk away.
Situated in the older part of town, this 2 bed purpose built apartment has views across Swanage and the Purbeck hills. With just a short walk to the town centre and sandy beach and close to Townsend Nature Reserve, making it a great base for exploring the local area.
Swanage town centre is short distance away where you will find vibrant high street with a mix of shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a stones through from the shops you will find the beautiful sandy beach and victorian pier.
The surrounding area is interesting and varied - from steam trains to quaint villages to ruined castles - there is something for everyone to enjoy!
