Flat 5 Penlu is a beautifully appointed 2 bed apartment enviably located in an elevated position close to the town centre and sandy beach with sea views. Situated on the second floor of a purpose-built apartment, it benefits from allocated parking, plus a lift and is within a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre.
The two bedrooms comprise of a 5ft king size bed with en-suite shower room, plus a twin room with zip and link beds that can be joined together to create another 5ft king size bed.
A spacious living room with unusual turret style windows offers wonderful views down to the town and out to sea and beyond.
Furnished to a high standard throughout, it makes an ideal base to explore the surrounding area with its dramatic coastline, rolling countryside and safe sandy bay. There’s plenty to do in Swanage town for all ages from galleries, café’s, quirky independent shops, mini funfair and steam railway line.
