Penlu is a purpose built block located in an elevated position overlooking Swanage Bay. Just a short walk into town, there is plenty to see and do right on your doorstep all year round. The apartment itself is bright and airy, the main living and dining room benefits from magnificent views spanning across Swanage Bay and all the way over to Old Harry Rocks, one of the most famous landmarks on the south coast. The adjoining kitchen is functional and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay. The two bedrooms each have access to their own bathroom, with the master bedroom en-suite shower room and family bathroom just down the hallway for the second bedroom to use.

    Beautifully well presented apartment. Nicely furnished and kitted out with everything that you could require. Love the matching crockery and cutlery sets as these are often mismatch in houses you rent. The view is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Felt very much at home here. Thank you.     This flat has the wow factor the view is absolutely stunning. The flat was spotless with everything you need for a holiday let . It was in a quiet location and was spacious and comfortable. The only little niggle was it got extremely hot but opening the sash windows from the top rectified this . The pint of milk and the few tea bags and coffe sachets and of course the cookies were a lovely touch . I would definitely recommend this flat . And also it is quite a steep hill up to the flat it certainly kept my fitness levels up . .
