A stay at The Stable Cottage is ideal for a special holiday, or short stay in South Dorset. The cottage is located at Rudge Farm in the hamlet of Chilcombe, and is one of ten special properties that sit within 20 acres of beautiful rolling countryside. The setting is idyllic with meadows, a woodland complete with trail, and a wonderful lake where you might see otters, ducks, herons and numerous bird species.

The cottage has an open-plan living area with large and comfortable sofa and a 55" Smart TV, and there is a well-equipped kitchen, and dining table and chairs. The en-suite bedroom is beautifully furnished, and the en-suite shower room has a large walk-in shower enclosure.

Around the Farm there are opportunities for enjoying the various leisure facilities, which include a tennis court, table tennis, a games barn, a picturesque woodland walk, and sporting activities also. Alternatively you can enjoy relaxing down by the meadows, or perhaps take a gentle row around the lake and admire the wildlife.

Conveniently situated for trips to the nearby Jurassic Coast, and for visiting Abbotsbury, Burton Bradstock, West Bay, Bridport, Weymouth and Lyme Regis, there are endless options for enjoying a memorable stay in Dorset.
