This is a lovely property in a great location - opposite the church. A very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds in lovely bedrooms and fresh and modern bathrooms. We would recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful stay at The Magnolias. The cottage is beautiful inside and out with a lovely big enclosed garden and had everything we needed. Perfect location for a 10 minute walk to the beach (go and eat at the Hive Beach Cafe - fantastic food!). Both The Anchor and the Three Horseshoes in the village are really lovely pubs with great food - we had really nice meals. Thank you for a really relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would love to return.

What a gem! Beautiful cottage located in a quaint, picturesque village. The property is spacious, comfortable, and very homely. A lot of thought and time has gone into making sure the house is well maintained and clean. Noted that no expense has been spared when equipping the kitchen (Miele appliances and Le Creuset cookware set!). We thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the scenic walks around Burton Bradstock and surrounding villages. We ate at both the pubs in the village and enjoyed the meals served - The Anchor Inn a particular favourite for the large variety of fish options on the menus. Short walk (15 mins) to local Hive Beach, which is a sandy beach and has a lovely cafe. Will definitely be back and miss it already!
