About this property
Only a short walk from the famous Cobb harbour and beaches, 1 Cobb View is a wonderful seaside apartment resting in a great part of Lyme Regis, Dorset, and is perfect for families.
Enter this wonderful flat and relax in the spacious sitting room, with tasteful décor to remind you that the sea is only a short walk away, as well as huge bay windows filling the space with light, quirky striped curtains, and a fireplace. A wealth of amenities can be found in a contemporary grey kitchen, the perfect spot for the designated chef to cook up a storm, and there is a wooden dining table for you to serve your masterpiece and enjoy a meal with the whole family. Drift off to a nights refreshing embrace with one of two bedrooms, firstly a spacious king-size with ample storage, whilst a second room with space for a family or our children to rest and rejuvenate, with a wonderful family room sporting a bunk bed and king-size, and there is a bathroom perfect for a relaxing soak amongst the bubbles after a long day of walking along the bay.
Outside, a patio area boasts harbour views with a seating area perfect for you and your loved ones to enjoy a breakfast to the sound of the waves and seabirds.
Lyme Regis is a seaside town with so many attractions that it remains a great holiday destination all year round. There are many activities in the vicinity that are waiting to be discovered, and animal lovers will enjoy a visit to the Axe Valley Wildlife Park and the Donkey Sanctuary to see the amazing animals or a visit to Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium to learn about the amazing sea life surrounding the splendid coast of Dorset, or for a glimpse into the past head over to Dinosaurland Fossil Museum or Axminster Heritage Centre.
