Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into an airy open-plan living area with everything you will need to make your stay magnificent, starting with the huge windows making the most of the fantastic sea views and contemporary design. Two sofas entice you to recline with a coffee as you plan your day, meanwhile the designated chef will be delighted to find an amply fitted kitchen with enough space for social cooking, and due to the open-plan nature of the living area, the chef will never be isolated from the group, and a central wooden dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a heart-warming meal and admire the view. When sleep calls, there are two bedrooms to chose from, making this property great for a family or two couples, with a king-size room that sorts fresh décor and a relaxing view to the bay, along with a beautiful painting of the ocean, and of course a handy en-suite. A second room can be set up as either a twin or a king-size, also with great views and great storage. When you need to shake the sand from your hair, the bathroom offers a relaxing soak. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. The flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues because of the uneven path from Broad Street and the steep and uneven steps down the secret passage way to the beach.

It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was an excellent range of dishes etc and the store to put beach things was greatly appreciated. The owners had really thought about the needs of a family beach holiday. Would definitely book again.

Although the website does say you can do this, itâs not so prominent. The interconnecting door makes it very simple once you arrive. Both apartments had amazing views - like the photos but better! And both were really well equipped - even for eating in. We loved the refurbishment quality and design which made it very comfortable. Understanding how to offload luggage and parking on Broad St on arrival are essential. Great to have a parking place around the corner to be able to come and go freely without worrying about where to park on return!
