22 Applebee Way is a delightful one bedroomed property located in the popular and picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset. Situated on the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast and close to popular beaches and coastal walks, this is an ideal retreat for couples looking to enjoy a romantic seaside getaway at any time of the year.
The spacious open plan living space is welcoming and tastefully furnished throughout with a cosy seating area perfect for a relaxing time away. For when you don’t want to eat out, the adjoining kitchen offers everything needed to create memorable meals which can be enjoyed around the dining table or step outside for a spot of alfresco dining when the weather allows.
The bedroom is located on the first floor with a sumptuous king size bed designed for comfort ensuring a relaxing and restful break. The sleek bathroom is also located on this floor, with both a bath and electric shower over giving you the choice of how to freshen up ahead of your day.
From the cottage you can take a walk or short drive into Lyme Regis where you will find an excellent selection of independent shops, galleries, and eateries. The beaches offer something for everyone whether its spending leisurely days enjoying the sandy shores, walking the popular coastal footpaths or visiting the famous Cobb harbour, the iconic backdrop to many films and TV adaptations. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice with a great selection of restaurants many of which serve local produce and seafood, or locally brewed beverages accompanied with far reaching sea views.
Why not take a day trip to nearby Beer, a popular fishing village with a pebble beach and a backdrop of limestone cliffs. A popular spot for swimming and paddle boarding, the beach is also home to beach front cafes, where you can sit and enjoy a bite to eat and watch the local fishing boats come ashore with their catches.
Other popular days out include Sidmouth, a regency town on the coast or Abbotsbury, home to the swannery and award-winning sub-tropical gardens.

The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
