Airy and full of light, large windows maximise the stunning seaside views from the open-plan living area of this property, a bright and spacious room allowing you to recline in the sitting area with a glass of wine as you enjoy the sunset over the ocean. You will love the fully fitted kitchen, where you will be able to rustle up a romantic meal for two, before presenting in on the dining table with a huge window overlooking the bay. This whole property is full of light and open-plan in order to make the most of the space and the views it has to offer, and this includes the bedroom, with a small passageway without a door leading to the king-size bedroom where you will be delighted to find ample storage and a theme of relaxing yellows reflected in the artwork tastefully chosen to add to this space. A large bathroom with wooden flooring and contemporary furniture offers a quick refresh under the shower or a soak amongst the bubbles in an evening.

The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. Main access to the property is from Broad Street down a private path starting besides the 'Galley Café'.
The flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues or children in pushchairs because of the uneven path from Broad Street and the steep steps down the secret passageway to the beach.
