Guests say

Guests have praised the apartment for its quietness, spaciousness, and well-equipped kitchen. The secure parking and lovely sea views are frequently mentioned, alongside the well-kept garden. The location is appreciated for its proximity to local amenities and the seafront. Some guests noted the shower size and cleanliness of windows could be improved, but these did not detract from the overall positive experiences, with many expressing a desire to return.

The apartment is generally described as clean and well-maintained, with several guests noting its cleanliness. However, there are comments about smeared patio doors and windows needing a deeper clean, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

The location is highly praised for its sea views, proximity to the town centre, and secure parking. The convenience of being within walking distance to amenities and the seafront is a recurring positive aspect.

The apartment is regarded as comfortable, with good quality furniture and beds. Some guests mentioned the shower cubicle being small and the basin height being awkward for shorter people, indicating that while comfort is generally high, there are areas that could be enhanced.

Facilities are well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure parking. However, there are mentions of a worn toaster, a dodgy door lock, and a desire for additional items like a shower shelf and balcony chairs, suggesting that some facilities could benefit from updates or additions.

While guests have mentioned a welcome packet of biscuits, there is insufficient information to assess the overall thoughtfulness of the host in terms of gifts or additional touches that enhance the guest experience. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should note that such amenities are not guaranteed.

Key collection from Lyme Bay holidays is very easy and just next door. Great to have parking on site. Highly recommended.

It is an absolutely beautiful flat with a lovely view over the rooftops to the sea and Golden Cap. And quite rare in Lyme Regis to find a property with secure parking. Can you sense there is a "but"! That is, as I have included in previous reviews, the shower cubicle is the tiniest I have ever seen and using it is made more challenging because the shower head is at a fixed level and there is nowhere at all to put your soap or shampoo. The general cleanliness is ok but the flat could do with a deep clean, including the windows. It is looking generally a litle bit "tired", including the cooking utensils and the china had lots of chips. These comments are intended to be constructive as none of this will stop us coming again if we can, we still had a lovely time despite the weather! And Lyme Bay Holidays were efficient as they always have been.
