The front door is difficult to open & close. The ensuite shower is too small to comfortably use, the shower guard in the family bathroom isn't big enough, and the finishing on many of the areas where plastered is poor with shoddy workmanship. The welcome pack was generous, but we would prefer kitchen paper towel, for example, instead of some items.
