A cottage situated in the town centre of Lyme Regis within a grade II listed fisherman’s cottage. With fantastic access to the town centre and beach, Cleve House is the perfect base for a family looking to explore the Jurassic coast. Be welcomed by sage steps leading up to the cottage after you have used the off-road parking provided. Unpack before making yourself at home in a wonderful sitting/dining area with old wooden décor which forms part of the original house, mixed with contemporary furniture including a leather sofa and a wooden dining table, creating a wonderful social space for all guests to enjoy. When stomachs start to rumble, you can make your way to the fantastic little kitchen with fresh white décor, a spacious work area which is bursting with home-from-home amenities to make cooking easy and to encourage everyone to enjoy creating a culinary masterpiece which you can enjoy on the dining table in the living area or the breakfast table in the kitchen. Enjoy a refreshing shower before settling down for the night in one of the bedrooms available, including a double with ample space, a theme of blue, writing desk and homely décor and a twin room with a seaside theme throughout which is perfect for children. Outside, a wonderful raised decking area will make a great spot to enjoy a hot chocolate after exploring the town. Just outside of the property you will find yourself in the heart of Lyme Regis, where a great number of facilities are available to you, beginning with local shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes where a meal out will be a must. You can enjoy a walk along the harbour before visiting one of the two museums, Lyme Regis Museum and the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum, both inspiring you to explore the Jurassic coast to see what fossils you can find. Monmouth and Lyme Regis Fossil Bay are both within an easy distance and you can take to the water in a kayak or even enjoy wild swimming. Make a family holiday to remember with a stay at Cleve House.
