Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent unesco Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby.  Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location.  There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family. 

Short breaks are very likely to be available on any changeover day (except Sunday) during the low season and some mid season. Please contact us to make an enquiry.

Accommodation:

External stairs to first floor entrance.  A well equipped apartment delivering the basic necessities:

Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, radio, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge with ice box, slimline dishwasher, table seating 4 guests.

Lounge with sofa, futon sofa, TV with Smart function via Now TV stick (own subscription required), DVD player, electric wall fire and Sea Views.  There is a step up to the lounge area to enjoy the Sea Views.

Bedroom 1 with twin 3ft beds.

Bedroom 2 with double 4ft 6inch bed and Sea Views.

Shower room with corner shower, wash-basin and WC.

Outside:

There is an external landing with a small sitting area, which catches the evening sun.  However, this is not private and is a communal passing area for the apartment above and the flat next door.

Parking:

The apartment has an allocated spot for one vehicle in a private car park nearby. Please do not use the private car park with chains across (next to the apartment).
