Situated in the heart of Lyme Regis, a picturesque seaside town in Dorset is The Lymings, a well-positioned, Grade II listed duplex apartment. Just paces away from the beaches and great selections of attractions and amenities, The Lymings is located over two floors, providing plenty of space for a family of eight or a group of friends to unwind and feel at home.
Park in one of the nearby public car parks, before travelling on foot to the apartment, climbing the internal stairs to reach the first floor living areas. A homely sitting room, with comfortable seating and a TV, where you can unwind after a day of exploring. Continue through to the kitchen/diner, with character and charm in abundance including exposed stonework and beamed ceilings. Enjoy rustling up a delicious meal which can be enjoyed at the dining table.
When it comes to night time, the apartment has a choice of four bedrooms on offer, starting with the twin bedroom, which is serviced by a handy shower room, located on the first floor. Climb the stairs to the second floor where you'll locate the remaining three bedrooms, including a king-size and two doubles, serviced by a bathroom.
For those eager to explore the area, head into the town to stock up on the essentials, or to dine out at one of the seafront restaurants on offer, including Tom's Lyme Regis and The Pilot Boat. Embark on a stroll along the beach or around the famous Cobb harbour, before arriving at a plethora of attractions, including Lyme Regis Museum and the Marine Aquarium, perfect for all the family. Those who relish in the opportunity to hike and be outdoors will enjoy strolling across the South West Coastal footpath, displaying stunning views and landmarks, including the Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast, or continue your route towards Charmouth and Seatown, both popular seaside villages with lots to offer.
