Massive budlea bush growing out of the app wall. The steps to the appt are uneven, but nothing compared to the appt flooring totally uneven full of dips and bumps unsafe to walk. Part of the ext wall showing signs of collapse as door frame has dropped by at least 125mm. The view shown in the listing does not reflect the actual view in both directions as the un shown view is over rubble fallen wall and scrub land not as per listing. The electrics are suspicious as main hallway switch tapped up and lights flickered . An old derelict property that needs inspecting for safety of guests. The supplied towels were that old 10 years! I have better ones in my shed. Lyme is wonderful but this property is not suitable for occupation or offer for rental.

Lyme Bay Holidays - please consider adding an extra sentence after these 3 sentences in your 'travelling to the property' email? The keys are available to collect from a key safe at our office. From our office travel towards the town centre. Turn left on to Broad Street and you will find the property about halfway down the hill, opposite Salt Rock, on the right-hand side. The communal entrance door is the alleyway to the right-hand side of the large, former, Three Cups Hotel building and is signed Sea Tree House. Please add something like. "You can unload/load in this alleyway, but must move your vehicle immediately afterwards". Thank you - instructions were otherwise very clear, and this would just clarify things ahead of arrival.

Very comfortable and well-equipped, only a couple of minutes walk from the sea and with a wonderful view down to the harbour and out across Lyme Bay. Having a free, allocated parking space is also a great asset and the owner is always on hand and happy to help should there be any problems (which there never have been.) We shall certainly come again!
