In general the place was clean when I arrived (and when I left, of course) except for the area around the bath/shower. There was mould in the grout around the shower area. This has been pointed out by previous reviewers but nothing has been done to correct it.

Apartment is in a quiet private gated location. One good parking space. Apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable for a couple or couple with one child. It has a Powerful shower, Only a short 5 minute walk to Brewery Square and the Quayside. The owner left us a lovely hamper with luxury biscuits,Coffee,Tea and chocolate and some milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch. When we are in Weymouth again this is the first apartment we will book.

Perfect location for us. The property was generally comfortable and clean, though a few areas could do with attention, very dusty skirting boards but notably the bathroom was the problem due to the extraction fan not working. We did pop in to Dream Cottages office to let them know at the start if our holiday, but heard no more from them. The walls around the bath/shower area had black mould and there was black gunk where the shower screen was attached to the bath. It has obviously been building up for some time and should be given a proper clean. This is a shame as otherwise everything was fine.
