Guests have enjoyed the spacious Family House, finding it ideal for large family gatherings with a lovely garden and good indoor space. Its proximity to the beach, amenities, and attractions like Monkey World and the Sealife Centre has been appreciated. The house's warmth and the comfort of the sofas have been highlighted, alongside the convenience of ample parking.

While many guests found the house to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay, there were several mentions of cleanliness issues, particularly in the kitchen appliances and some furnishings. These concerns seem to be isolated rather than systemic.

The property is well-located, with guests mentioning the ease of access to the beach, local amenities, and attractions. The quiet road and ample parking add to the convenience of the location.

The house is generally found to be comfortable, with good-sized rooms and a warm atmosphere. However, some guests noted issues with beds and a lack of shower facilities on the ground floor, slightly affecting the comfort score.

The property offers a range of facilities that guests have found satisfactory, such as a garden and conservatory. However, there have been several reports of maintenance issues, including problems with appliances and outdoor equipment, which suggest room for improvement.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

Garden was great for the kids & plenty of space indoors for all. Had a great week seeing sights of Dorset & spending time together as a family. Recommend both house & area.

Plenty of space for entertaining. Close to local supermarkets and a few minutes drive from lovely beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Great for young children. We had a 20 month old, 3 yr old and 9 yr old and they all loved the play area in the garden. Would definitely book again.

Everyone enjoyed it. Only a few things, no decaf options of tea and coffee, and the Wi-Fi would drop out on the top floor when everyone else woke up and joined the Wi-Fi.
