Guests say

Grandview in Weymouth is highly praised for its stunning sea views, spaciousness, and prime location with direct beach access. Guests appreciate the well-equipped and clean apartment, along with the warm welcome from the owners. While minor maintenance issues are mentioned, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many planning to return.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless and well-maintained. The attention to cleanliness contributes significantly to the comfort and enjoyment of the guests.

The location is exceptional, with direct beach access and proximity to local attractions. The panoramic sea views and easy access to Weymouth's town centre are frequently commended, making it an ideal base for exploring the Jurassic coast.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, noting its spaciousness and quality furnishings. The comfortable beds and well-furnished living spaces are appreciated, although a minor deduction is made for the mention of a sofa losing seating support.

The apartment is well-equipped, with a particularly well-stocked kitchen. However, some minor issues such as the lack of instructions for appliances and suggestions for a shower upgrade indicate room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident through the provision of welcome gifts and their readiness to assist guests. While such gestures are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that these gifts are a courtesy and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The property was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our holiday. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch. The location is perfect as we didn't need to use the car all week and having direct access to the beach was great. We had a lovely time and would definitely return to this property when we visit Weymouth again.

I highly recommend as value for money and hopefully will be back next year.

Very well equipped. Spacious sunny rooms. However we have mentioned a few issues to the owner which will need attention before next year when we plan to come again!
