We absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic with the forest accessible from baptist way and so many things to do. There is plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Also the local pub 'hearts of oak' in drybrook is lovely and only a 15 minute walk away. Although you are in the same grounds as the owner they're absolutely lovely and not at all intrusive. We had a great time and we would recommend the annexe to anyone. Also our kids thought the electric reclining chairs were the greatest thing ever.
