Head upstairs to locate the living space, handrails in place for those who need them to a well-equipped kitchen to take advantage of, before gathering in the living/dining room, with coastal views in the backdrop. Spend evenings on the sumptuous sofas, watching the bustling harbour tick by, or dine alfresco on the balcony, truly making the most of your setting,or make the most of a BBQ on the terrace. Climb the stairs to reach the final bedrooms, a lovely twin and a double with en-suite, completing the home.50 metres away is the bridge restaurant. A modern built restaurant with the same views.
100 metres is Mountbatten beach with views across plymouth sound waters to Cornwall and mount edgecombe manor and grounds.
There is a small passenger/ foot ferry 200 metres from the property that can take you to Plymouths Barbican area(£2.50), a buzz with restaurants and night life. Also an aquarium. Onwards to Plymouth hoe, and other ferry’s operate to Cornwall.
The town centre of Plymouth offers extensive shopping, high street brands and a mall.
There’s a coastal path to Jenny Cliff, and on to Bovisands.
