Its position is great for visiting Wells and the surrounding area. It is situated in a very quiet area which is great. It needs a little bit of TLC - the sofa cover didnât really fit and was grubby and the table and chairs in the garden were dangerously rusted. However this did not impact the enjoyment of our stay and we hope to return.

The property was clean and tidy enough and ideal for exploring the Mendips and other places around However the garden looked a bit run down and there didn't seem to be any refuse bins to dispose of waste which isn't ideal but all things considered it was a pleasant enough experience
