This holiday destination is ideal for families, the village offers a collection of shops and pubs and a sandy beach. Less than 10 miles away is the traditional seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare, offering awarding-winning sandy beaches, donkey rides, water-sports, restaurants as well as the Playhouse and Winter Gardens. Burnham-on-Sea is also within reach and boasts seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool and sports academy. A pleasant cottage in a breath-taking part of Somerset.

The village of Brean offers an amusement park, a range of shops and pubs and a sandy beach.     Modern bathroom and kitchen. All facilities close by and a bonus of private beach access. Parking excellent. One area of improvement could be that the unit would benefit from a deep spring clean. Otherwise very happy and would visit again.

    Dirty kitchenware, stained mattresses, sticky floors, paint peeling off the walls, broken electrical appliances. Smell of cigarette smoke. We left after the second night when we saw the state of the mattresses we decided we could not sleep on them again. Lastly, the advertised beach access is not available and clearly has not been for some time.

    On the plus side the bedding and bed comfort was good lots of nice clean towels we enjoyed the area and the biscuits you left are now a favourite of mine.
