All rooms rest on the first floor and have been individually styled to provide a lovely base for couples to explore this rural area. There is a small kitchen which has been equipped with a range of appliances so you can easily rustle up a delicious meal for your partner, whilst the dining area provides a comfortable space for you to enjoy a hearty breakfast whilst planning the day's events. Retire to the spacious double bedroom, which has a range of furniture in a traditional style to store your personal items, whilst the shower room is perfect for freshening up at the end of a tiring day. This former coaching inn is surrounded by many interesting historic places, the area was central to the pitchfork rebellion in 1685. Lower Farm is situated in a conservation area in a privately owned estate village. Visit the National Trust property of Montacute House, an Elizabethan country house, boasting stunning landscaped gardens for you to explore, or the Gardens of Barrington Court of Tintinhull and Stourhead while the Elizabethan Manor of Lytes Cary Manor is a 5 minute drive from Lower Farm.
