Coach House View in Porlock Weir (Somerset) is a former Coach House with oh, what a view! This unique property can sleep up to 8 guests (max 6 adults) and is family and pet-friendly, benefiting from an enclosed, private garden with stunning views across just two fields to the coastline.
The kitchen is well equipped to cater for a large group of 8 guests. The Rangemaster cooker has two ovens plus separate grill, and 5 gas hobs plus a hot plate for plenty of cooking space, the integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and full-size dishwasher. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. There is also a utility with additional sink and plenty more cupboard space if required.
A television (with Freeview) is in the lounge and wireless broadband is available at no extra cost.
The games area has a pool table and table-football to amuse the children, and adults alike!
A cot and/or high chair can be provided on request.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Coach House View has central heating throughout which is controlled by a thermostat and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you to the beach or on day trips.
A tea tray is provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive.
Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, and surface cleaner will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided per toilet.
*Please note, due to the rural nature of this property, the wifi is likely to be slower than if you are used to urban speeds, especially if several guests are trying to use it at the same time. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and therefore we cannot guarantee the wifi will be reliable for work purposes or fast enough for streaming from multiple devices during your stay (download speed 8.11 mbps / upload speed 0.62 mbps)

Great location , fabulous walks on the doorstep and great pubs all within walking distance . The Coach House was spacious clean and well equipped . A great place to stay and unwind .

Fabulous house in a delightful location. However please be aware that you do not have full run of the whole house - the attached wing at the side of the property is occupied by workers on the farm. The french windows in the living room can not be opened onto the courtyard but more importantly you ar.... Fabulous house in a delightful location. We have complained about this to the manager of the property who will hopefully make some adjustments both to the description of the property but also to the windows to provide privavcy.

lovely stay with a well equipped kitchen all the bathrooms were lovely and the garden and terrace were really nice suitable for 6_8 people with ease. The horses and dogs were very friendly and the children were invited to help feed them which they loved.
