Comfort is a strong point, with numerous guests finding the cottage to be very comfortable, offering plenty of space and cosy beds. The presence of a balcony and a courtyard adds to the overall comfort.

There was a welcoming pack on arrival, which included bread, milk, and various goodies. The views from the house are a bit special. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful views over the harbour and the ocean. Would book again.

It is well equipped and was spotless on our arrival, the provision of some food, bread, milk etc. was an added bonus! Sunrise and sunset over Brixham is a time to have your camera to hand - absolutely stunning! I just have three small suggestions: That visitors bring some binoculars with them as there is so much going on and around in the harbour. That a deeper casserole, (with a lid) is added to the equipment supplied by the owners. A smart television would be nice but not essential.
