Entrance to the property (roadside) needs to look more appealing. Notes need updating on how to access they refer to a black gate it’s grey, and better photos would be clearer on how to arrive. Road noise high and volume of passing people at night roadside (better windows needed) Alarm panel beeps for unknown reasons in hallway of flat, and takes a long time to stop multiple times of day.

The apartment is really lovely and so well equipped. Perfect for our family of 4. Location for walking into brixham is great. Only downside was the traffic noise in the front bedroom which I know is unavoidable but my hope of being able to lay in bed a bit longer in the morning wasn’t achieved! It should perhaps be made a bit clearer that the long stay parking is a 20 minute walk from the door and you can’t park outside to unload as the door is pretty much at the crossing and it’s double yellows. Other than that we had a fabulous little holiday. Thank you

We had a great holiday in Brixham. The property was great but it was very noisy outside the property as it was on a main road and across from a pub which got a little noisy at times. Extremely difficult to work the TV.
