Tucked away in the bustling seaside resort of Paignton is this contemporary, two-bedroom apartment in Devon, Sunnydene. Close to the beach, local amenities, and featuring an outdoor hot tub, the apartment welcomes couples and friends to unwind with a holiday by the sea. Park up in the private parking space before stepping inside this stylish, contemporary abode with an open-plan living space. Finished to a high standard, the kitchen area has illuminated granite tops, with hard floors throughout and fantastic amenities for home-cooking, including an electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher; you'll also have a handy washer/dryer to clean sandy towels ready for another beach day! After dining at the breakfast bar for four, settle into the sofa to watch the TV or challenge your friends to a game on the Xbox. Open the bi-fold doors to let the outside in on warmer evenings, and why not finish the day with a relaxing seat in your private, bubbling hot tub? There are two sleek double bedrooms with grey hues to unwind after the day's adventures, whether that's with a good book in hand or your favourite show on the wall-mounted TV. Before heading out, freshen up in the shower room, complete with a heated towel rail and a large, walk-in shower. There are a range of restaurants, pubs and cafés to choose from in Paignton, as well as Paignton Pier for classic seaside entertainments, swimming and bathing along the town's sandy beach, and Victoria Park for sunny strolls and picnics. Visit the animals at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, or if you'd prefer to explore the local landscape, venture on a coastal walk to find idyllic, sandy bays. Stop off in the fishing town of Brixham for a dip in the Shoalstone Seawater Pool, board the Golden Hind Museum Ship or follow a footpath into Berry Head National Nature Reserve. Along the scenic River Dart lies from the town of Dartmouth, where you can hire boats, visit Dartmouth Museum or dine in a traditional inn with river views. Historians will relish the likes of the National Trust's Greenway, a 1950s house, the exotic gardens at Coleton Fishacre, and the 15th-century Dartmouth Castle. Totnes, Torquay and Newton Abbot are also a short journey away, offering something for every holidaymaker. Sunnydene is a beautiful hideaway to call home whilst you explore Devon's bustling south coast.
Paignton is one of South Devon's major seaside resorts, located in the heart of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay. This vibrant town has a superb assortment of shops, taverns, clubs, and restaurants, as well as beautiful sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour. The town, which also has a renowned zoo and a sea life centre, is an excellent base from which to explore the English Riviera and its neighbouring attractions.
