This inviting apartment provides a lovely stay, situated in the Preston area of the charming seaside town of Paignton, within walking distance to the beach. With plenty of space to socialise, this retreat is perfect for families or friends. Upon entering, an elegant hallway takes the lead, sweeping over to a cloakroom and a family shower room with a walk-in shower. Next you will arrive at a twin bedroom, knitted together with overhead storage space, and a mirrored wardrobe. A street view lies to the outside. Moving round, the king-size bedroom features a large bay window that invites the light in. A well-equipped kitchen holds everything you need for dinner time preparation, so you can feel right at home. This flows round to a conservatory containing a dining area, which opens out to the wonderful garden. To the other side, you can wander into the sitting room, hosting large sofas, a wall mounted TV, and an inviting gas fire. Step outside to the lawned area, or relax on the patio with a glass of wine next to the delightful blue summerhouse. The Preston area itself has an array of local independent shops, a long sandy beach with characterful beach huts and is very close to the South West coast path. The town of Paignton makes a base for exploring the English Riviera and its attractions, featuring a renowned zoo, sea life centre and Occombe Farm.
