Rutland Heights is a great option for two people or a small family because of its convenient proximity to the beach and other attractions in the area. There are designated parking spaces and shared gardens for you to enjoy. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area with high ceilings, windows galore, and breath-taking views of the sea, Berry Head, and Brixham. The kitchen is fully-equipped, so you can whip up your favourite meals to enjoy at the dining table with a glass of wine. Unwind on the plush seating in front of a film on the Smart TV with Blu-Ray player after dinner. You'll find a study area with desk further on, perfect for those who need to get some work done, and a lovely balcony with bistro tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the view.
