Outside you have the choice of three separate garden areas one with a meandering brook and waterfall opposite the house perfect for a paddle, a small courtyard area for your morning coffee and the main garden perfect for sitting in to relax and unwind or to dine alfresco.

Sitting Room with extra-large sofa, three chairs, miniature chairs, TV, coffee table, large reading table, numerous books, state of the art log burner with a basket of logs. French doors opening onto front and rear of property

Garden 1: accessed from the utility room. Large patio with table and chairs for eight, BBQ, six steps up to grassed area
Garden 2: At the opposite end of the property to garden one this area is laid with paving slabs and has two small ponds so be mindful of small children.
Garden 3: Cross over the single lane and you will find a grassed lawn with brook and waterfall. Please be mindful of the brook with small children
