The front door opens into the hallway with the cloakroom to your left and the open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room in front.

Kitchen/Living/Dining Space

Inishnee House offers complete open plan living, ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen boasts everything needed to cook up those culinary delights with an electric oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Meal times can be enjoyed at the dining table or alternatively enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar. Snuggle down on the sumptuous corner sofa and enjoy the Sky TV provided. In the summer time open up the double doors onto the enclosed garden space.

Carpeted stairs with handrail up to the first floor landing area. Please note that the ceiling can be slightly lower in sections on the stairwell.

Overlooking the garden, this bedrooms offers a super-king bed to reside in, with bedside tables and lamps. There is a built in wardrobe for your belongings.

Located at the front of the property. This room offers a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a built in wardrobe for your belongings and free standing mirror. Views across towards the coastline and port can be seen from this room.

Featuring a bath with over-head shower, wash basin, and WC.

Study/Bedroom 3

An ideal space to sit and do a spot of work, or relax and read a good book. There is a desk with monitor and chair for guests to use. There is a small single futon available upon request.

Outside

Inishnee House offers a fully enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn, with patio area with bistro table and two chairs.

There is a private driveway for guests, with space for two cars.

Shotley Gate, Suffolk is a settlement at the tip of the Shotley peninsula between the Rivers Stour and Orwell. The village is home to a Post Office with a shop, a few pubs and fantastic views across to Felixstowe, where you can watch giant cargo ships being loaded up before they sail all over the world. For walking and exploring the coast, Shotley Heritage Park has outstanding views of Parkeston Quay, Harwich, and across the River Stour to the County of Essex. The woodland on the cliff is home to a variety of species of flora and fauna, including a number of deer living in the area. Shotley Gate is a great location for exploring nearby destinations, such as Ipswich, a bustling town with beautiful parks, museums and an abundance of shops, and the picturesque Felixstowe, a seaside town with pretty coastal walks, pastel coloured beach huts and plenty of local eateries to try. From local history to cultural pusuits, you will find plenty to explore in Shotley Gate.
