It is spacious, very well equipped and Joan is a friendly and helpful host. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and Berries would certainly rank in the top 3. Watching the wildlife in the garden, especially the newly hatched moorhen chicks was an added bonus. The location is very central to explore mid Suffolk and south Norfolk with several attractive towns within easy reach. We would certainly return.
