While there are some maintenance issues noted, these do not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, indicating high standards of cleanliness.

The property is regarded as comfortable, with huge beds and a cosy atmosphere, although some minor issues with a shower temperature and a sticking door were mentioned.

The house is well-equipped with high-quality appliances and extra touches. However, points are deducted for reported maintenance issues with lighting, a shower, and toilet facilities.

The double room without an on suite door was sticking, so it was difficult to open/ close. We didn’t have a high chair ( this was not a problem or we would have called) The shower temperature in the top floor shower couldn’t be adjusted. All of the above didn’t interfere with are stay, it’s a lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped perfectly located. We love Aldeburgh and have visited many times. Thank you

The lights in the downstairs did not work so we had to resort to taking the torch in with us. A kitchen step would be useful as we found a lot of the higher shelves in the cupboards in the kitchen difficult to access. The second floor shower leaked a lot of water on the left hand side but not sure why. Otherwise a very good stay and a lovely property

I stayed in the top floor bedroom and would make a couple of observations. First, the shower appeared to be stuck on a very hot temperature. Neither I nor any of my party could cool the temperature down. Second, the short flush on the toilet wasn't working. The obvious issue with this property is the fact that there is only one parking space. For a four bedroom house, this is simply not adequate. I had to leave my car in Church Farm Road. That said, the property is really nice and well maintained.
