Stone's Throw is a charming cottage praised for its prime location in Aldeburgh, just moments from the beach and high street. Guests appreciate its cosy atmosphere, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches. While some minor maintenance issues and cleanliness points were raised, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests eager to return.
The cottage generally maintains good cleanliness, though there was a mention of a mouldy shower curtain and potential pet allergens despite a no-pet policy. These isolated comments suggest room for improvement, but do not overshadow the overall satisfactory condition.
The location is highly commended for its proximity to the beach, high street, and local amenities, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to enjoy Aldeburgh's charm.
Guests find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with special mentions of nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. However, the steep stairs may pose a challenge for some, slightly affecting the comfort score.
The cottage is well-resourced with a treat of a bath and a well-equipped kitchen. Some minor maintenance issues like a wobbly back door latch were noted, indicating a need for attention.
