Located just a stones short distance from the beach, 11a Manning Road is a fantastic seaside hideaway for a family or friends looking to explore Suffolk. Enter into the bright and airy sitting/dining room, with the kitchen off of this space. The kitchen/dining room is well-fitted with loads of amenities, so why not cook up a storm and enjoy your masterpiece in the light and airy dining area. Stairs lead to the first floor, with the family shower room and the double bedroom leading out onto the balcony with glimpses of the sea. A series of additional steps lead up to the second floor with two single beds, with a WC on this floor. The balcony offers a wonderful spot for a morning cup of coffee or evening bubbles whilst enjoying the sea glimpses, in addition there is a quaint front garden with bench for guests to enjoy. Felixstowe is a lovely seaside town resting on the coast of Suffolk and offers a great selection of amenities and attractions within walking distance of the property. Here you will find bars such as The Alex Brasserie and Wine Boutique, tasty eateries including Ruby’s Kitchen, The Boardwalk and Alba Chiara, and convenience stores where you can stock up on essentials. Enjoy a walk beside the pier, head over to the beautiful sandy beach, or enjoy the views from Felixstowe Sea Gardens and Cobbolds Point, Languard Fort and Nature Reserve. There is also a local golf course where you can try out a game or two. Kite surfing, paddle boarding, cycling on the national cycle route and numerous paths for rambling including the popular walk to Felixstowe Ferry where you can catch the ferry taxi to Bawdsey Peninsular.
