The games room was well used and very welcome on wet days, the courtyard is fully enclosed as they have a fence between the 2 large planters so fully safe for your dogs, our 2 dogs loved it and settled straight away, the courtyard is just for your use and not used by the adjoining property like someone on the reviews had said as the stables has its own garden,it can be used if you have a large family gathering and rent out both properties together which is exactly what I have done for next year to celebrate my 50th birthday so all the family can come and celebrate, my parents can have the stables if they want to go and relax on their own and get away from the madness they can

Lots of public footpaths nearby but if you want a pub then it's a short drive to the often recommended Dennington Queen. I digress, I was surprised this has been a let for so long as it is sill in a pristine condition. It is very well stocked with kitchen items even down to a Nespresso machine (with capsules). Plenty of seating and games, games and more games both in the custom games room on the mezzanine floor. There is large size piece of land for dogs (or kids) to run around but it is not 100% secure on one side. Thee is a secure paddock but I don't know if that is for guests the owners live on site so you could always ask. They are very approachable and accommodating - they didn't mind me building a radio antenna in the field! There is an additional fridge/freezer in the washroom (has washer and tumble dryer too). We will certainly visit again.
