Set in the peaceful village of Rendham, this farmhouse makes a wonderful base for family gatherings and special occasions. An enticing blend of historic features and contemporary design, this five-bedroom abode is bursting with character and charm, offering ample space for up for ten guests and two playful pubs. With a fantastic village pub and a popular cafe and deli on your doorstep, plus the market town of Saxmundham just 2.5 miles away, all the amenities you need are close at hand.

Inside, this two-storey farmhouse has undergone a sympathetic renovation, bringing it firmly into the 21st century. It exudes warmth and character, thanks to the lovingly preserved timber beams that thread through the property, resulting in a homely and welcoming ambience. There’s ample space for socialising and entertaining, including a spacious living room with a large wood burner, comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The kitchen is a dream for chefs with a double range oven as well as an original baker’s oven, which offers a nod to the farmhouse’s heritage. Dine inside or out, with a casual breakfast table in the kitchen, a formal dining room with an impressive inglenook fireplace, and a dining table on the patio for al fresco feasts. The property boasts five elegantly appointed bedrooms divided between the ground and first floors. Downstairs, there’s a king-size bedroom with garden views, alongside a family bathroom. Upstairs, there are two king-size bedrooms, one super-king-size, and a twin room which share two contemporary shower rooms.
