Lovely house and good location. We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook. Only two of us and two dogs but would be ideal for two couples and children. While there seems to be a fence around most of the back garden the rest is open to the road so you have to really keep your eyes on dogs even when outside with them. Our dogs love retrieving balls so it was easy to take them out early in the morning and keep them busy! Great to be able to drive to the back door though giving them less chance to run on to quiet lane!

A lovely cottage ideal for three generations , great garden for young children to explore , ideal area to explore Woodbridge , Southwold etc local pub serving excellent food

We did have a lovely stay and the weather was very kind to us which makes all the difference. The house itself is a lovely setting, and a lovely layout. Generously sized and worked really well for us as a family of 5 (and a dog). It was well located too for ease of getting to different places (Southwold, Thorpeness etc). However, I have to say that parts of the property are in less than perfect state of repair. There were a number of little niggles (such as a plethora of dead insects and cobwebs upon opening some of the bedroom windows which appear not to have been opened in a while, dead butteries in the remote, tired decor, stains, limescale taps, worn carpets etc) which should not be present in a property at this price point. At one point i'm sure it was all new and fresh but currently there are parts of the house that need redecorating and renovating.
