This traditional brick built cottage is beautiful, a simple yet stylish three bedroom holiday home perfect for a family of four. Surrounded by heathland in the pretty village of Walberswick, with with beach nearby, this cosy bolthole is lovely at any time of year with an open fire for the cooler months.
This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Nearby Southwold is 5 miles away with its famous, iconic lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Further communal area at the front of the terrace.Parking: ample parking available.General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Central heating.Open fire - small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival (November-March). No smoking. Pets: pets are welcome but must be kept downstairs at all times. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property.Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.Notes: internet connection in Walberswick can be very slow.
