The house is in a lovely position, 10 minutes walk to the beach and a very good cafe and 5 minutes to the Pub. It has lots of room for everyone. We would love to go again but the house is on the market so maybe the new owners will not rent it out. We love Dunwich.

Only negatives were that some comfortable garden furniture would have been good and we were a little disappointed at the level of cleanliness, especially around toilets and bathrooms.

The setting is very peaceful yet the Adnams pub just a short walk away was most handy. We all just loved the house with itâs distinctive windows and style.
