Set in the serene Waveney Valley on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, this rural retreat sleeps four guests across two lovely bedrooms. The home-from-home features captivating gardens that meet the meandering River Waveney and a sociable kitchen/diner, making it an ideal escape for a couple or family in the glorious Suffolk countryside.
Step inside from the porch, and via the hallway, you'll find yourself in the well-appointed kitchen/diner, complete with all your essential amenities. The dining area provides a comfortable setting for enjoying meals or engaging in game nights. Alternatively, opt for a cosy armchair to relax with a good book. The ground floor also boasts a spacious double bedroom and an adjacent shower room. Venture upstairs to discover a lounge area featuring a sofa and chairs, complemented by a Smart TV for entertainment. You'll also find another bedroom with a versatile king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as twin beds if required. There is a second shower room on this floor. Outside, there’s a spacious enclosed garden equipped with a patio, table, chairs, and a BBQ. An additional relaxation spot awaits in the wooden gazebo, providing comfortable seating where you can bask in scenic views. Beyond the gates, you'll find even more extensive gardens for your enjoyment, leading down to the picturesque River Waveney.
