The property sleeps three guests and makes a lovely base for a couple or a small family seeking a peaceful retreat close to the sea. You’ll be just 100 metres from the beach, and there are breathtaking coastal walks directly from your front door. The property is perfectly placed for excursions to the Broads (6 miles) and the seaside resorts of Lowestoft (7 miles) and Southwold (11 miles).

Lovely cottage in a great location. Seashore very close but some annoying steps if there are mobility problems. Local pub 'The Sailors Home' has a delicious menu (beautifully cooked and more than reasonably priced) and a large selection of even more delicious cask ales. Chippy, Chinese both good. Adequate shops in village but a large shopping estate a few minutes down the A12. Too many beautiful places to mention. Owner, Michelle and helper Elaine more than willing to assist where necessary.
