Guests say

Gull Cottage in Lowestoft receives high praise for its stunning views, well-appointed interiors, and thoughtful touches by the owner. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, and the added extras that contribute to a memorable stay. While there are some minor concerns regarding fridge size and accessibility, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests planning to return.

Most guests found Gull Cottage to be clean and well-maintained, though one review mentioned dust and smeared windows. This seems to be an isolated incident, as the general consensus is that the property is kept in good condition.

The location is highly praised for its fantastic views and proximity to the sea. However, there is a mention of a steep flight of steps to the beach and gravel at the car park, which may affect guests with mobility issues.

Guests find the cottage comfortable and well-equipped, with special mention of the view from the bedroom and balcony. A small fridge size was noted as a concern for those with specific dietary needs.

While the reviews mention thoughtful touches and a well-equipped property, there is insufficient information to accurately assess the overall facilities and maintenance. Therefore, this score is set to null.

The owner's thoughtfulness is frequently highlighted, with mentions of personal touches and welcome gifts. Guests felt well-cared for, though it's important to note that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Spotlessly clean. Has everything you need there. Great response from owners over slight maintenance issue, which was dealt with quickly. Lovely cottage. Lovely views very peaceful during term time. Not so much during school summer hols. Bit would definitely return. Can’t fault it. Thanks for the happy memories.
