Guests appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the upstairs bedrooms and the proximity to the sea, with some positive remarks about the property's decor. However, there are several maintenance issues noted, such as problems with hot water, wobbly furniture, and a lack of internet service. The property is generally seen as clean, but the presence of maintenance issues detracts from the overall experience.

The property is generally described as clean, particularly the upstairs bedrooms. However, the mention of carpet stains suggests room for improvement.

There is not enough information to accurately score the location as the reviews do not provide specific comments on the property's location, other than its proximity to the sea.

The upstairs bedrooms are noted for their comfort, but issues with a wobbly dining table, an uncomfortable sofa, and a cramped living room with a bed affect the overall comfort score.

Several reviews mention problems with hot water, wobbly furniture, and a lack of internet, indicating significant room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

There is no mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to score this category.

Upstairs fairly clea tidy and modern, downstairs an accident waiting to happen! A toilet shoved in 1 cupboard with nowhere to wash hands, shower in another. Kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, no wifi, rusty old bike on patio with no furniture and a giant mona lisa??? Such a shame as great potential

This issue must be addressed. Issues were: no internet for the entire week, two dining chairs 'seats' were detached from the frames (useable with care), dining table was very wobbly (useable with care), toilet seat detached from the toilet (useable with care), two pink carpet stains covered by coffee table, no instructions on how to turn on the hot water (eventually found timer switch in upstairs toilet) or disposal of rubbish at the end of the stay (we left it bagged on the outside porch). On a more positive note the property was clean and we enjoyed our stay although the lack of internet was very frustrating and hindered our planning for the week. Since our return I have still been unable to contact the owner to make them aware of these issues or the general content of my feedback.

With all the facilities needed. The bedrooms are very nice, big enough and clean. Good beds to sleep on. The living room is smaller and because of the bed downstairs to small to move properly. The sofa is old and not so comfortable anymore. Also the table and some chairs are wobbly. It was nice that there was coffee, tea and sugar available. We could not find thow to activate the hot water after 2 phonecalls we received help and the problem was solved. Maybe you can write it down with the instructions. The house is close to the sea and there is a swimming pool. We had a nice stay.
