Guests say

Marsh Bungalow in Oulton Broad, Suffolk, is praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location for exploring the area and dog walking. Guests appreciate the well-maintained site, the addition of Wi-Fi, and the property's peaceful setting. Some concerns were raised about maintenance issues and the lack of certain amenities, but overall, guests enjoyed their stay and expressed a desire to return.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotlessly clean' and 'well looked after'. There was a minor mention of cobwebs and human hairs, but these seem to be isolated incidents.

The location is frequently highlighted as a positive feature, with its proximity to the Broads, marina, park, and suitability for dog walking. However, one guest mentioned an issue with parking not being directly outside the bungalow, which was challenging for guests with limited mobility.

Guests found the property comfortable, mentioning 'comfortable beds' and 'lovely comfortable sofas'. There were some comments about the quality of the bed linen and a damp smell in one room, but overall, comfort levels were rated highly.

The facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and the addition of Wi-Fi. Criticisms include the lack of a freezer or freezer compartment, no dryer in the laundry area, and charges for swimming pool access. These issues suggest room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews provided, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

First time we had rented a property like this and was very impressed with it and would really like to come back again. Good walks right on the doorstep including around the marina and park

We really enjoyed our stay, the sofas and beds very comfortable, also cool and shady due to the porch in the hot weather, was quiet and relaxing even in the school holidays, swimming pool nice and warm and the train station next to us to go out for the day, also a lovely park next to us, would definitely recommend and think of going back again
